Tim has been working in finance for over 20 years, initially working in audit for Moore Stephens and Coopers & Lybrand (now PwC) in Guernsey. He also spent over a decade working in the Investment arena on both the stockbroker side and providing Investment Consultancy services, to trust companies and pension providers. Tim leads The Pensioneer Trustee Company (Guernsey) Limited and looks after a wide range of specialist International Pension Plans and Employee Benefits focused towards large corporates and International clientele.
Tim is a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment and a Chartered Wealth Manager. Tim is also a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners and holds the Diploma in International Trust Management.
Rob was managing director at Sovereign Trust in Guernsey during a period of dynamic growth having previously been responsible for product and business development from their Gibraltar office. He has also been a Director of Concept Group, Managing Director of Overseas Trust and Pension, and Non-Executive Director of Overseas Trust and Pension in Guernsey where he helped launch new pension products into new markets. Rob launched Sovereign in to the pension market in 2006 with the development pension transfers from the UK to overseas.
Rob is a full member of STEP, Chartered Management Institute and the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investments.
With over of 30 years experience in fiduciary services in the finance industry Jane has held senior positions with Banking institutions and independent Trust Companies at Board level in Guernsey, Malta and the UK. For the past 20 years she has been involved in the development and administration of a range of employee benefits solutions including; on-shore and international pension schemes for corporate clients and individuals covering both DB and DC schemes written under trust or contract, Employee Benefits Trusts, Employee Share Plans and Employee Share Option Schemes.
Jane has considerable experience of and has been involved with the development and administration of a range of pension and employee benefit solutions for an international client base and for the Guernsey pension market.
In addition to her technical knowledge she has also been involved in the selection and development of the software required to administer the schemes once established.
Jane is a member of the Chartered Institute of Bankers with a diploma in trust administration and is a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners.
Paul has over 25 years experience within the financial sector providing services and products for both private and corporate clients. As a manager of a multi jurisdictional office, he moved to Guernsey in 1995 to manage the local office for a UK service provider, taking charge of the CI operations in 1997.
Paul was also a director of a number of financial institutions based in Guernsey. He was also previously the business development manager for 7 years for a trust company offering international pension plans, QNUPS, QROPS and RATS as well as trust and company structures.
Paul is a member of the society of Trust and Estate Practitioners and holds the Diploma in International Trust Management and certificate in Company Direction.
